  • What type of cars do you work on? What if you can't fix the problem?
    We work on all makes and models of cars and light trucks. If we can't figure out the problem, then you will not be charged.
  • Can I use my own parts?
    YES You can supply your own parts but there will be no warranty or guarantee through me. If your part that you supply ends up being defective, then you will be paying me twice to replace it.
  • Will I need to be present for the repair?
    NO We can do a contactless transaction. We will work out details on phone for location, keys, and payment options.
  • What if you can't find the problem?
    You will not be charged. In a case where we don't have the tools or skill to find your problem then diagnostics will be waived.
  • What if my car isn't done in the same day?
    We will come back to vehicle location to finish job.
  • What if it's a big job like engine or transmission replacement?
    We can do big jobs on site, or we do have access to a trailer if needing to pick up the vehicle. We can work out the best solution for both the customer and repair tech at that time.
  • What if you find something else wrong while fixing my vehicle? Will you be able to get it done same day or will I have to reschedule?
    You will be notified and presented with a quote for the repairs. Once approved we will proceed with repairs same day if we can get parts, and if it will fit into the schedule. If schedule is already booked or can't get parts then we will have to reschedule the additional repairs.
  • Can I come to you?
    YES
  • How far do you service? Do you charge a service fee?
    Typically, within a 100-mile radius of home address in Stark City, MO will still be beneficial to the customer without the cost getting too high but will travel further if customer wants to pay. We charge .85 cents per mile to the repair location in order to cover fuel expense, down time while driving, vehicle maintenance, licensing, insurance, miscellaneous shop supplies, system software subscriptions, updates, and repairs. Once onsite we charge $100 per hour diagnostic fee up to 3 hours max charge even if it takes longer.
  • Do you cross state lines?
    YES I travel to the 4-state area. That includes Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
  • What if I'm stuck on the road where my car can't be fixed?
    We will move your car to a safe location to proceed with repairs.
  • If it's a long job, do you pick up my vehicle or keep coming back?
    BOTH OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE Arrangements can be made to pick up vehicle if needed. Those arrangements will have to be made before driving service vehicle onsite.

  • How much does it cost for you to come out and look at my car?
    We charge .85 cents per mile to get to repair site and $100 per hour once onsite for diagnostics. Most problems can be diagnosed within 1 to 2 hours. We max our diagnostics charge at 3 hours for the day so that way you are protected from the bill racking up even if it takes more than 3 hours to diagnose. The only way we charge more than 3 hours is if we have to disassemble the vehicle to continue diagnostics and you will be notified with a quote before, we continue service.
  • What is your labor rate per hour?
    Typically, we charge $100 per hour and charge you book time so that you're protected even if it takes us longer then book time to complete. You will have a quote before starting service and any problems found along the way will be communicated before proceeding with extra repairs.
  • What is after hours cost?
    After hours is $1 per mile and $150 per hour labor rate.
  • Do I have to pay anything up front?
    NO You will pay once service is completed.
  • Is diagnosis waived if you repair the problem?
    NO Diagnosing your vehicles problems takes experience, time, and skill that can be very extensive and can save you money by not guessing and throwing parts at your vehicle. Diagnosing the problem also gives you peace of mind knowing what is exactly wrong and that the problem will be solved once the repairs are made. In most cases diagnoses will not be waived.
  • Do you do payment plans?
    YES In an event that you can't pay for total bill we can discuss payment plan options that work for both parties. There will be a downpayment required and proof of income required. We will also need payday information and billing information for automatic payment withdraws until full balance is paid off.
  • What if I can't afford to pay? What payment options do you have?
    We accept all major debit/credit cards, cash, or check. We also have personalized payment plans. If you can't afford repairs, then you can submit a financial help request form found in the tabs button on our website. It will then get reviewed, and you will be contacted once preapproved. Then we will set up an in-person interview for further review. Once approved or denied you will be contacted with final decision.
  • What are your normal operating hours?
    Mon-Sat 8am-5pm Anything before or after these times is considered after hours unless job was started on before 5pm. See after hours pricing.
  • Do you work after hours?
    YES You can call or text at any time and we can schedule you an appointment. If it's an emergency and someone is available, we will come help. We will charge $150 an hour and $1 per mile for working after hours and because it's harder to work on things in the dark. Keep in mind most part places are closed by 9pm.
  • Are you open 24 hours?
    YES You can call or text anytime to make an appointment. If someone is available, we will work after hours. After hour calls labor rate will be $150 per hour and $1 per mile. Keep in mind most parts stores are closed by 9pm.
  • What is the warranty on parts and labor?
    There is a one-year labor warranty. Parts come with manufacture warranty.
  • What if you can't find the problem?
